Apple Music, a US music and video streaming service, has announced Florence Otedola, Nigerian disk jockey (DJ) better known as Cuppy, as host of its first-ever radio show in Africa. On Thursday, the streaming service revealed that the weekly one-hour show titled ‘Africa Now Radio with Cuppy” would make its debut on Sunday at 9 a.m. In a statement on its website, Apple Music also said the show would feature a mix of contemporary and traditional, popular African sounds, including genres like Afrobeat, rap, house and kuduro. CBN will be reducing interest rates on its facilities through participating financial institutions from 9% to 5% per annum for a year. As part of its monetary and financial policy measures to further mitigate the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on households, and businesses, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has approved regulatory forbearance for the restructuring of credit facilities in the Other Financial Institution (OFI) sub-sector. This was disclosed in a circular signed by the CBN’s Director for Financial Policy and Regulatory Department, Kevin Amugo, on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. A video of a foreign Disc Jockey is currently making the rounds on social media after she put Nigerian superstars DJ Cuppy and Zlatan Ibile on full blast. "As a child-focused campaign, it is our policy to decline funding from donors whose activities do not align with our mission and values." CNN has reached out to reps for Hernandez for comment. He  was released last month  from a federal prison four months before he was due to have completed his 2-year sentence. The rapper was allowed to complete his sentence at home after his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, argued that Hernandez's asthma made him vulnerable to the coronavirus.
